Who We Are.

Mike Weeks

Since 2001, Mike has worked as a PE teacher, Head of PE, Personal Trainer and Director of Sport, driving transformative changes in state and independent schools. In this time, he has seen the positive impact of improved fitness on all areas of children’s lives. In 2016, Mike set up Gymrun to build an inclusive fitness legacy in education, health and sports settings. He has found a way to do this that is fun and purposeful. Mike created Gymrun with every child in mind – particularly those who are less active and less physically competent.
