The Gymrun Tracker provides a fun, engaging and motivational way for every child and organisation to monitor, understand and celebrate fitness progression. During these lessons, children are encouraged to think critically and reflect on their own and others’ performances.
Using the Gymrun Tracker, every child will; embrace physical challenge and personal competition; develop resilience and cooperative skills; celebrate achievements and deal with failures; and better understand their personal fitness and health.
On completion of the Gymrun Accreditation, staff can deliver these challenges sustainably within their organisation, returning all scorecards to Gymrun for data and badge distribution.
3. Arm Strength
Straight Leg Dip: With straight arms, place your hands facing forwards on the front edge of the bench. Lower your arms until they make a right angle at your elbows. Return to starting position, keeping your legs straight at all times.
Measurement: Number of repetitions in 60 seconds.
Fitness Data.
Completed scorecards are sent to Gymrun where every child receives an overall fitness score. We process data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Every child’s score matches one of eight coloured woven badges. All data and badges are returned securely to your organisation, arranged by class or group.
