Gymrun is an inclusive fitness philosophy, designed for children. It combines functional bodyweight movements with short bursts of running. We hope Gymrun, which is free to use, can cut through many of the barriers faced by teachers, coaches, parents and children.
Through Gymrun, children develop speed, strength and stamina – underpinning the physical competence required to become physically literate.
